This privacy policy is part of the terms and conditions of service. It covers for protection of user’s information. Please read this privacy policy carefully. Registering for the service will signify that the user has read and agreed to the privacy policy and permit the use of information as following.

1.1 Personal information is the information that the user provides for the service provider which can be used to identify the user e.g. first name, last name, gender, address, birth date, telephone number. The user may opt not to provide all of this personal information but the user may not be able to utilize all the features of HiRich Club website service.

1.2 Unidentifiable information is the information that does not relate to the user’s personal information. The service provider will collect and use the unidentifiable information as described in this privacy policy.

1.3 The service provider will aim to protect the security of the information. However, please be aware that there is no security measure that can guarantee 100% round-the-clock protection.

1.4 Sharing of user’s information. The service provider will not sell nor rent the user’s telephone number and e-mail address and will only disclose the user’s personal information when the service provider deems necessary, which may include the following:

     1.4.1  to respond to the user’s request and to communicate with the user
     (for example, to reset password, to notify the user of edited personal information
     or for the purpose of account confirmation.

     1.4.3  to enforce the conditions of service set by the service provider

     1.4.4  to ensure personal security

     1.4.5  to achieve conformity with the law or facilitate legal procedures

The service provider may disclose the user’s personal information to other companies in HiRich Interactive group or the service provider’s trusted business partners. The service provider may use the user’s personal information to inform the user of promotions and new services offered by the service provider and the business partners at any time.

1.5 This privacy policy may be updated periodically without notifying the user in advance and the changes will be effective immediately. If the user continues to use HiRich Club service, the service provider will assume that the user has agreed to the changes in the privacy policy.
